Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgencyHawk software-as-a-service platform operated by AgencyHawk ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing a tenant subdomain, or using any dashboard feature, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

AgencyHawk provides multi-tenant marketing analytics, SEO tooling, reporting, and client portal features. Features may change as the platform evolves; we will provide reasonable notice before material reductions to paid plans.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued through our authentication provider. You must not share super-admin or CMS credentials. Subdomain workspaces are isolated; you may not attempt to access another tenant's data.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to your plan selection and are processed through Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.

4.1 Free trial

The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card at sign-up. When you upgrade, payment is collected via Razorpay according to the plan you select.

4.2 Free trial feature limits

During the free trial, only the Local SEO geo-grid module is fully included. Keyword research, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI visibility, site audit, report builder, scheduled PDF reports, portfolio dashboards, metric alerts, and custom domains require a paid subscription.

Where preview or demonstration data is shown, result sets may be truncated (for example, a limited number of analytics rows or keyword results) until you upgrade.

Free trials convert to paid plans when you subscribe; otherwise access may end after the trial period shown in Settings → Billing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service, scrape non-public APIs, upload malware, or use AgencyHawk to violate third-party terms (including Google, Meta, or search-engine policies).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyHawk is provided "as is." Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
