How long does it take to connect a client?
Most Google properties connect in a few minutes via OAuth per client workspace. Open the client, go to Data sources, and connect with the Google account that has property access.
Do I connect Google with my agency email or the client's?
Use the Google account that has access to the client's GA4 property, Search Console site, or Ads account. Your AgencyHawk login stays on your agency email — the two are separate by design.
Do you support Meta Ads?
Meta Ads is available (beta). Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads are fully supported today.
Can I request a new connector?
Yes — use the contact form or your account manager for custom integrations on Enterprise or Custom plans.
Where is data stored?
Client data is isolated per agency workspace with secure multi-tenant architecture on our cloud stack.
